The following list represents possible anomalies you may encounter and subsequent trouble-shooting procedures. Please refer to this checklist prior to contacting a service representative.

Brightness and contrast settings set at minimum. |

Picture is too large or small |
1. Horizontal size control needs adjustment.
2. Vertical size control needs adjustment.
3. Improperly set Aspect Ratio in the On Screen Menu. |

Screen has pixels that

bright, dark, or colored |
Your TV is manufactured with high level of precision technology. It is possible that some pixels may not display correctly. Pixel defects within industry specifications are inherent to this type of product and are not considered a defective product. |

Visible noise on the screen |
When your TV's digital capabilities exceed a digital source signal, the source signal is up-converted to match your displays capabilities. |
Up-converting can possibly create noise on the screen. This is not a defect. |
Screen brightness has diminished |
Your TV will normally experience degradation of brightness over the life of the TV. |
Normal brightness degradation is not covered by your Warranty. |
